You are responsible for knowing and following your state and local laws before arranging any firearm, NFA item, receiver, magazine, accessory, part, or transfer.

Firearms, magazines, receivers, NFA items, and restricted items are sold and transferred only in accordance with existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Meyer Armament does not ship firearm-related parts to California.

Meyer Armament does not ship to Alaska, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington DC unless the company has reviewed and approved the transaction before the order or transfer arrangement is placed.

If a prohibited or restricted order is placed without prior contact and approval, the order may be cancelled and a partial refund may be issued after applicable fees.

Order cancellations may be allowed before shipment or transfer processing unless otherwise noted in the product description or agreed terms.

Approved cancellations may incur a 15% cancellation or restocking fee to cover processing costs, card fees, restocking, and labor.

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone who does not hold an active Federal Firearms License. Firearms purchased or arranged online must be picked up through an eligible store process or shipped to a qualified FFL near you.

Meyer Armament may contact and verify the receiving FFL before shipment or transfer. Buyers are encouraged to contact the receiving FFL before purchase to confirm fees, acceptance policies, and legal eligibility.

Many firearms, magazines, parts, accessories, and configurations may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Check all state and local regulations before arranging a purchase or transfer.

New firearms are generally supplied with the manufacturer's included box, magazines, accessories, and warranty materials when applicable. Warranty work is handled by the original manufacturer unless Meyer Armament expressly guarantees a different arrangement in writing.

Fulfillment timing depends on item availability, FFL verification, transfer requirements, distributor processing, and carrier schedules. Tracking information may be provided when applicable.
